Founder's Welcome
Greetings,
It is my privilege to welcome you to our 18th Annual California Diversity & Leadership Conference - CDLC 2025. The Conference will take place from April 7-8, 2025, at The Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles hosted by Diversity First Consortium. This year's theme is “Unified Strength: Harnessing Collective Voice for Leadership.” Additionally, we will be hosting National DEI Training Week virtually from March 11-13, 2025, offering specialized certification training and networking opportunities. We look forward to an inspiring event filled with leadership development and opportunities to connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds. The Conference will afford organizations the opportunity to explore tools and resources necessary to build a diverse workforce and remain competitive on the global stage. The Conference will have over 60 speakers who will discuss a variety of different topics all related to our ever-changing workplace. It is important to recognize that learning leads to growth and growth is essential for change.
The Conference will take place on April 7-8, 2025, featuring concurrent sessions throughout the day, with 4-5 breakout sessions running simultaneously. National DEI Training Week will begin earlier on March 11, 2025, with a dedicated training day, offering a menu of options to choose from, with each training session lasting 6 hours.
In closing, I would like to thank our sponsors for their support. I would like to thank the Conference organizers, volunteers and speakers who are working diligently to bring you a wonderful Conference. I hope your calendar will allow for your participation in our multi-day learning event.
