Naomi Werner is the Vice President of Human Resources at Össur, a leader in non-invasive mobility solutions focused on Prosthetic, Osteoarthritis and Injury Solutions that allows users to live “Life Without Limitations’’. She has worked for various Fortune 100 organizations leading HR and Global Talent Management. Her expertise includes organization design & development, HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and learning and development. Naomi has worked in various industries to include medical devices, technology, banking, and distribution.
Prior to Össur she led Global OD and Learning & Development for Ingram Micro where she and her team designed and deployed award-winning global leadership development programs, led change management efforts for acquisitions and large-scale organization changes, overhauled the performance management process, and launched the Diversity & Inclusion Forum.
Her varied human resources experiences have allowed her to drive significant improvements in HR service levels, operating efficiency, and improved employee engagement and culture. With close partnership with leaders and employees, she brings customized solutions and services to support business strategy. Naomi has a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
Naomi was born in Japan, and emigrated to California with her family in her youth. She lives in North Tustin with her husband and two children. She enjoys snow skiing, traveling, and watching her kids’ soccer games.
