As TEKsystems' Director of Strategic Sales in the San Francisco Bay Area, Megan Cohill owns customer strategy and oversees over $140 million in annual revenue. During her 15-year tenure in the IT staffing and services industry, Megan has led cross-functional sales and delivery teams that serve large enterprise accounts. She loves finding creative solutions that enable enterprise customers to attract, develop and retain the best IT talent in an extraordinarily competitive technology labor market.
Megan has a deep commitment to building inclusive workplaces that create opportunity for people and enterprises. She helps TEKsystems and clients build diversity into their talent management strategies, and is particularly passionate about helping young women succeed in male-dominated technology and contingent labor fields.
Megan holds a B.A. in history from Loyola University in Maryland. Outside of the office she enjoys playing golf and spending time with her husband Adam and 2 young children Eva Maria and Giovanni.
