Juan Jones is Senior Vice President of Oracle's North America Support Services business. In this role, he has oversight for all aspects of Enterprise Service Management, Support Sales, and Advanced Customer Services delivery. He leads a team of service executives and technical staff who manage the relationships and deliver premium services to Oracle's most strategic customers. In addition, he leads the Support Sales team responsible for selling and renewing $3.5 billion in maintenance subscription revenue.
Mr. Jones serves on the Board of Advisors of Outerbay Technologies. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Jones spent a year in enterprise sales at Microsoft Corporation and 7 years with the IBM Company in a variety of sales and marketing positions.
Mr. Jones has an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business and a B.A. in economics from the University of Notre Dame.
